His clients have included some of the largest lenders in the world,
small town country banks, 'hard money lenders', financing and
traditional lessors, mortgage companies, and trade creditors of all types.
He has represented bankruptcy trustees from Texas to Alaska
in recovery and exemption matters.

ON THE CONSUMER SIDE, Ben has represented consumer debtors in over 20 FDCPA and FCRA class action cases, has represented consumers in false advertising class action cases and prosecuted several usury cases for "Mom and Pop" businesses. He has defended consumers in hundreds of cases brought by debt collectors and prosecuted numerous debt collectors in individual actions. Ben and Lindsay Rose also represent folks needing to file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Ben says that representing both sides of the debtor/creditor docket gives him a better understanding of the needs and capabilities of both sides and allows him to represent either side more effectively.

Ben was born and raised in Cedaredge, Colorado, moved to Texas for law school, and stayed. He maintains a license to practice law in state and federal courts in Texas and Colorado. He graduated from the University of Houston Bates School of Law
in 1983 and moved to San Antonio in 1986. He has been married to a Cedaredge girl since 1975 and they have one daughter and one son-in-law
